Fran's recipe is for Country Sweet Crab Rolls


  • 1 pound crab meat or 3 cans lump crabmeat drained (6 oz each)
  • 1/3 cup sweet red pepper finely chopped
  • 1/3 Vidalia onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon Country Sweet Cooking Sauce Hot or Mild
  • 6 Pretzel rolls
  • 1/2 cup (4 tablespoons) butter
  • 2 tablespoons Country Sweet Best Cooking Sauce Hot  or Mild


  • Mix first 6 ingredients, chill 30 minutes.
  • Melt butter in a pan on the grill or stove, add 2 tablespoons  Country Sweet Best Cooking Sauce and stir until well combined.
  • Cut pretzel rolls 3/4 of the way through. Brush inside of rolls with melted butter mixture and toast on the grill or under broiler until browned.
