Bruno's recipe is for Bills Mafia Cioppino! Check out his ingrediens/steps below!

Roster:

  • 1 40oz bottle of Country Sweet Sauce (Mild or Hot)
  • 1 can 28oz San Marzano tomatoes
  • 1cup white wine
  • 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley 
  • 1 zest of a lemon
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grounded black pepper
  • 2 lbs (white flesh fish) cod, snapper, walleye, perch, dolphin :^)… 
  • 2 lbs shrimp, shelled and deveined 
  • 2 lbs scallops
  • 2 lbs seafood, mix (which comes frozen and consist of baby octopus, squid, shrimp) (optional)
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans baby clams, and juice
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish. 

Process:

  1. Heat the Country Sweet Sauce and Tomatoes in a very large pot over the grill. (about 20 minutes)
  2. Add all the ingredients. Move the pot to the medium-low heat part of the grill. Cover and simmer until the flavors blend, about 40 minutes. 
  3. Season the Cioppino to taste, with more fresh parsley, pepper, salt and red pepper flakes. 
  4. Ladle the soup into bowls and serve with hardy bread. Go Bills !!!


This recipe could easily be cut in half, cooking time remains the same.
