Jessica's recipe is for a Pulled Pork sandwich topped with fresh coleslaw!

 

Pulled pork:

  • 3-5 lbs pork shoulder
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cooking onion
  • 1/2 bottle of country sweet bbq

Coleslaw:

  • 1 Head Green Cabbage (Shredded)
  • 2 Carrots (Shredded)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (fine)
  • 3/4 - 1 Cup Mayo
  • 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Press garlic and mince onion and set aside
  2. Cook pork shoulder for 4-6 hours on low in crock pot, pull shoulder apart with fork, simmer on low for another hour in slow cooker with country sweet sauce.
  3. Separately mix together all ingredients for coleslaw in bowl and stir by hand.
  4. Refrigerate and top sandwiches when serving.
