Akeem's recipe is for Spicy Sweet Smoked Prime Rib with Country Sweet sauce!

 

Ingredients:

  • Nice, meaty rack of Baby Back Ribs. 
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 6 fl. oz of a good Pilsner.
  • A Generous supply of Country Sweet BBQ sauce 

Directions:

  1. Place the ribs, bone side down, in a rectangular cake pan. Salt & pepper.
  2. Add 6 oz. of Pilsner beer, consume the rest.
  3. Cover tightly with HD aluminum foil.
  4. Consume another 12 oz beer, if available.
  5. Place the ribs in your 275 degree, pre-heated oven. Allow the ribs to braise for 6 hours. Remove from oven, when convenient.
  6. Finish the ribs over a charcoal fire. Completely warm through
  7. Smother with generous amounts of County Sweet BBQ sauce. Allow the sauce to caramelize.
  8. Serve hot off the grill with another 12oz Pilsner.
