Rich's recipe is for Grilled Dolphin (Mahi-Mahi)  Country Sweet Style!

  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. In a ziplock bag put 2/3 cup Country Sweet Mild or Hot,  2/3 cup olive oil, 1 clove crushed garlic, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and squeeze one lime.
  3. Place 3 fillets of Dolphin (Mahi Mahi) in the bag and marinade 30-60 minutes .
  4. Grill that Dolphin until the fish is flaky- 4 minutes per side.
  5. Now, 'Squish the Fish' with a fork.
  6. Eat the Dolphin while the surrounding tailgate crowd chants.
