From The Locker Room: Sabres-Devils

Marcus Foligno found the net in Saturday's 4-2 defeat to the Devils while Robin Lehner stopped 23 shots. Check out their postgame remarks following the loss.

Marcus Foligno
"Obviously they had a lot of their energy and we didn't. I think we just had a lot of passengers at first. I think we smartened up at the end of the 1st . . . definitely not enough."

"It's tough, back-to-back. I don't know if it had anything to do with our legs, but we felt good at the end of the 1st and 2nd period for sure. Just fell behind."

Robin Lehner
"There are some guys out. These times, everyone's gotta step up a little bit more, play a little bit better. We can't be satisfied with mediocrity. We gotta work at it, change a few things and get better."

"We gotta work harder to, or, I think, smarter to create some things, put some more stuff to the net. Be in front of the goalie a little bit more. It's like we're wasting a lot of energy for nothing sometimes.
