The Buffalo Bills are now 7-3 after their 37-20 win over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday in South Florida.

It was a great game for quarterback Josh Allen, who had over 300 total yards and four total touchdowns.

Despite Allen getting much of the talk after the game, the Bills defense played very well, allowing just 20 points, and sacking Dolphins quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick seven times.

Bills safety Micah Hyde joins Schopp and the Bulldog every Buffalo Football Monday at 4 p.m. on WGR.

Here's some of Micah's thoughts during his time with the guys:

Hyde on McDermott telling the players to play fearless:

"We go out each and every game to play fearless. We try to go out there and not think, make plays, play fast. I think last week, after the loss in Cleveland, coach preached that a lot. He said we have to continue to go out there, we put all this film study in throughout the week so that we can go out there Sunday and play fast."

Hyde on bouncing back after loss in Cleveland:

"If we want to be the great team we all envision on being, we can't play like we did in Cleveland. Nothing against Cleveland, there a talented team, and they won again on Thursday, but we believe we're still a better football team than them and we lost to them. Good football teams can't lost those games."

Hyde on getting pressure on Ryan Fitzpatrick:

"We did dial up some blitzes. Good job by Sean [McDermott] and [Leslie Frazier] communicating throughout the week, what our gameplan was going to be. At the end of the day, even if it wasn't a blitz, guys were playing downhill, playing fast. That's what coach was talking about, playing fearless. That's how we were able to get seven sacks on the Dolphins."

Hyde on Josh Allen's big game in Miami:

"That's Josh Allen man. He can make any throw on the field. Threw it on a rope to [John Brown] and we was able to bring it in for a touchdown. When he has confidence and plays free, he can be one of the best quarterbacks in this league."
