The Buffalo Bills made some moves along the defensive line on Wednesday, claiming defensive tackle Jordan Phillips from the Miami Dolphins and releasing defensive tackle Robert Thomas.

Phillips, 26, was waived by the Dolphins on Tuesday after spending parts of his first four seasons in the NFL with Miami. Phillips tallied 63 tackles and 5.5 sacks in that span with the Dolphins after being drafted by Miami in the second round (52nd overall) in the 2015 NFL Draft.

Thomas was brought in during Week 2 and played 18 snaps in two games for the Bills. Thomas was inactive against Green Bay last week.
