Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott has made another coaching staff change.

A league source has confirmed to WGR that the team has parted ways with special teams coordinator Danny Crossman.

Crossman had been with the Bills through six seasons and three head coaching regimes. He was hired by Doug Marrone back in 2013. Rex Ryan retained him when he was hired in 2015, as did McDermott when he took over in 2017. However, the Bills made several glaring special teams mistakes this past season.

Crossman is the third assistant to be let go by McDermott since the season ended. They have also parted ways with offensive line coach/run game coordinator Juan Castillo, and have reportedly moved on from wide receivers coach Terry Robiskie.
