Just a few hours after announcing they've re-signed linebacker Lorenzo Alexander to a one-year contract, the Buffalo Bills shifted their focus to the offense and announced they've done the same with lineman Jeremiah Sirles. Sirles was set to become an unrestricted free agent in March.

Sirles’ most attractive attribute is his versatility. After being signed during the season after his release from the Carolina Panthers, he played mostly tackle, but some guard, and often lined up as an extra offensive lineman in heavy sets. That’s a nice thing to have on any roster, so it's no surprise the Bills were interested in retaining him.

The team now has six players set to become UFAs when the new league year begins March 13.
