The Buffalo Bills have re-signed linebacker Deon Lacey to a one-year deal.

Lacey was originally signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2013. After spending time in Dallas, he then went on to play with the Edmonton Eskimos of the Canadian Football League, then returned to the NFL with the Miami Dolphins before joining the Bills.

In Buffalo, Lacey has played every game in each of the last two seasons, mainly as a special teams contributor and backup linebacker. He was an Exclusive Rights Free Agent this offseason, meaning the Bills had to submit a mimimum salary tender by March 13 in order to retain his rights.
