Sabres close out NHL Draft by taking Lukas Rousek in sixth round

Rousek is under contract in the Czech Republic for the next two years

The Buffalo Sabres wrapped up their 2019 NHL Draft by taking left winger Lukas Rousek with the 160th overall pick in the sixth round.

The 20-year-old was finally drafted by a NHL team in his third year of eligibility. The 5' 11" and 165-pound wingerspent a majority of last season with HC Sparta Praha in the Czech Republic, scoring four goals and adding five assists in 34 games played.

Rousek is under contract with Sparta Praha through the 2020-21 season.
