The Sabres trade Fedun to Dallas for a condtional pick

The defenseman was here for depth purposes

Buffalo, NY (WGR 550) - The Sabres have traded Taylor Fedun to the Dallas Stars for a conditional seventh-round pick in 2020. Fedun was a depth defenseman for the Sabres, playing 34 games in two seasons. He had no goals and eight assists. Buffalo gets the pick if Fedun plays in 25 regular season or playoff games with the Stars.

In 83 games with Rochester, Fedun had eight goals and 36 assists for 44 points.

Fedun is 30-years-old and has played in 46 NHL games with Buffalo, Vancouver, San Jose and Edmonton.
