The Buffalo Bills have its first player to opt out of the 2020 season due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.

The team officially announced Tuesday afternoon that defensive tackle Star Lotulelei is taking the voluntary opt-out to sit out of the upcoming season without penalty by the team or the league. NFL Network reporter Mike Garafolo was the first to report this story.
