Tyrod Taylor has returned to the practice field on Thursday. The Bills’ quarterback missed Wednesday’s practice as he deals with a patellar tendon contusion suffered in last Sunday's loss to the New England Patriots. The team will release an official injury/participation report after practice.

Wednesday, head coach Sean McDermott said there’s no timetable to determine if Taylor can play Sunday or not and and that the team will “take it one day at a time.”

If Taylor can’t go Sunday, rookie Nathan Peterman will get his second career start.
