NFL free agency officially began almost two weeks ago, although the Buffalo Bills got a bit of a head start when they signed cornerback Josh Norman, who was available already since he had been released by the Washington Redskins. Counting Norman, the Bills have acquired 10 new players so far through the free agency period. Nine were signed, albeit some not officially yet, and one - wide receiver Stefon Diggs - was acquired via trade.

On the other side the ledger, 11 players have either already shuffled out of Buffalo or remained unsigned by the Bills or any other team. That includes linebacker Lorenzo Alexander, who retired.
