Buffalo Bills center Eric Wood was a part of an offensive line that was dominated for much of the night this past Thursday against the New York Jets at Metlife Stadium. It was a complete-180 from their Week 1 matchup, when the Bills controlled the line of scrimmage and beat the Jets 21-12. Now, the Bills sit at 5-3 and still in a playoff position in the AFC.

Wood joined Schopp and the Bulldog for his regular Buffalo Football Monday appearance, and here's some of the best from his visit:

On the poor play of the o-line vs. the Jets:
"Up front we didn't play our best, we tried to spread them out, we didn't get the ground game going. Anytime you have a lot of negative plays, it's a lot harder in pass protection."

On the loss and moving on:
"We missed an opportunity, we're very upset, but we can't let that hurt our direction, we're still 5-3. The Jets beat us at our own game, they ran the ball well, we turned the ball over... this is how we beat people"

On the addition of Kelvin Benjamin:
"Benjamin's a big dude, first thing that jumps out is his size. We have guys who played with him say you'll love playing with him on Sundays."

On the upcoming matchup with the Saints:
"New Orleans comes in very hot, defense has been playing incredible ball... we're looking forward to getting back to New Era Field."
